Normal running time is two hours, class numbers are dependant on the host and levels can be mixed as it caters to everyone’s needs. Within a seminar I cover some of the basics of Muay Thai from footwork to striking, defence, countering and clinch. I try and bring an element of my fighting style into each session. Fitness based drills will be included as well. The main aim of the seminars is to acquire some new techniques, if you can pick up one new thing it is worthwhile.
